Growth in jobs at new engineering consultancy

A new engineering consultancy has expanded to 10 staff after securing a string of contracts.

Create Consulting Engineers was set up by Jonathan Cage, a former managing director of Millard Consulting, in December last year.

And since being established on Prince's Street, Norwich, the company has attracted a growing roster of clients ranging from a major supermarket to local councils in England and Scotland.

The company offers a range of technical services for engineering projects, including transportation, highway engineering, flood risk management, infrastructure planning, foul and surface water drainage and utilities and project management.

The firm now employs seven at its Norwich administrative base with a further three at its Ipswich and London offices, with more expected to be recruited in the coming months.
