Have a scout around Aylsham would be my advice ...very central 20 mins to the sea, norwich and broadland. Good real shops, a market, an auction, a supermarket. A nice historic little market town and not over inflated price wise either.

For my money the perfect village is Hingham. The best seaside place is Wells. The best fish and chip shop is at Long Stratton (shows what I like doesn't it.) Reepham is nice as is Holt. You pays your money and you takes your choice. But you will enjoy it here, especially
